Yes he did log in but he didn't make any posts. I think it's more appropriate if the op bumped it first, but im wondering if how did @nakamura12 knows that the op is online? I mean this thread was buried deep. Maybe he has a hobby of checking the op of inactive threads and maybe he also send them a message to notify them that their thread has been bumped.
It's not against the rule when an ANN thread became active again but I think it is if they will create a new one when they already have an existing ANN thread. If they want to market it then why not hire a manager and run a signature or bounty campaign? They can also join the auction for the forum ads.
The thread is buried which is true but this thread was bumped not because I posted in this thread. When I checked this board then I saw this thread in the first page when it's supposedly buried by the other threads. There's no such things as I am sending them messages that their thread is bumped. If this thread wasn't on the first page then I wouldn't have posted on this thread in the first place. Hope that explains why it looks like I bump the thread.
