Even when everyone has his or her own point of view towards success, everyone's end goal should be happiness, because even if you have money, fame or achievement you need to be happy with them before you can enjoy them.

This reminds me of one of pareto's quote in his book, "the 80/20 principle"

He said, if there a trade off between happiness and achievement, choose happiness.

So fucus on things that are more important to you first.
Your happiness is the must important thing because there is no reward in doing something you doesn't enjoy.
