This is my list for the FIFA World Cup 2022. Germany plays well in my opinion, but they are missing something. That’s why I don’t think they’re going to win. My gut tells me england will win this year.

You have a good list of candidates for the title but somehow I don't think Portugal will be able to go that far in the future, I personally see that England might just suffer the same fate as last Euro 2020 which was only runner up or maybe even lower later , for the Qatar world cup, I believe more that the young Spanish squad will be able to talk a lot later because so far the performance of Spain which is filled with the majority of young players looks quite potential, while for the championship of course Brazil and Germany are my choices to enter the final.

My prediction:
1st place: Brazil / Germany
2nd place: England or Spain
3rd place: France

Although Portugal as speculated will go far, I don't think they have as much quality as the Spanish, Brazilian or French sides. So many young players in current major leagues around the world come from these region and play fantastic football at the moment. Unless injuries or cases such as is the case of Ecuador right now, it would be tough to win sides packed with these stars.

Along with probably England and Argentina, these are probably the strongest teams of the world championship.
However, I still think that the main favorites for the world champion title are Brazil and France.
Experience teaches us that at every world championship there were a lot of surprises and unexpected results, so I am sure that we will see a lot of such unexpected results at this world championship as well.
Just remember Croatia 4 years ago, or South Korea in 2002 Grin

I see a very good chance of a team, the team is Argentina, there are many good players in the team this time. Basically, the youngsters of the team have played well in the previous matches. Maybe this is Messi's last World Cup, so everyone in the team will at least want Messi to win the World Cup. Now we just have to wait and see what happens.
