I think you are reading it wrong..... if you are referring to what they are saying in the picture you send. They are just saying that if you play Sports bets... your wagering there are counting 3 times more to your progress in the VIP ranking. Wink

How do you know that you are being limited in the Sports book? Can you send us a picture, where it states that? In any way.. if you are limited.. nobody here will be able to reverse that decision. Roll Eyes

Probably betting limits, he can't place bets for big multis and can't bet over limited $ amount per bet slip. Maybe something was wrong, I am also curious what support said about this case.
