_after losing $20 you suddenly want to win it back, you should know you are stepping on the wrong road.
That is the gambling spirit. I don't really know why the thing is like that. When you loss money there is another spirit would come tell you to play back and win the lost plus extra amount. There are different ways one can loss money on gambling. There are sometimes the casino site would Frozen your account which would restrict your withdrawal or you lose your bet. But if you gamble for fun then your loss would not pain you again but if you gamble for gain then that is where you would always enter problem. Because your mind has been set to make profit but when you are not making the profit but always loosing. That might make you to sell properties to win back your loss but if you lose out your properties then you became and empty shell in the Society.
It do happens to everybody and I think we just have be very discipline so that we will not fall victim easily to such again and we need to just take a leave from gambling and relax whenever we win a bet on a casino. There is a spirit that would always want us to keep playing even though we have made some profits for that day and if we are not careful, losing the fund would happen.
