If we use an example for a month then it will be clear a bit.
Assume in a month x, our revenue is $100k
So, for the month x, $10K is associated with 9,999 Chip.
Which means each chip will allocate $1 for that month.
If a participant have 100 Chip then s/he will get $100 for that month.
