Not really, the truth is most of cryptocurrency we've found are completely centralized and no have privacy feature.
It's different with Bitcoin which offer pseudonymous and privacy coins e.g. Monero offer completely 100% anonymous feature.

I don't think there's a casino doesn't know about your winnings, at least they have recorded your IP address, your address and where the funds send to. That's not anonymous anymore.

If a person wants to be anonymous, he will be. He will hide IP addresses, will use different wallets so that it is not possible to track where he withdraws money. But the question is, why does he need anonymity at all?

There’s a lot of factor why people choose to be anonymous such the government on his country is too strict to track all the financial movement of its citizen and playing on crypto casino might have a conflict to there law that’s why they want a complete anonymous to avoid conflict to the authorities.
