We can't do anything to those investors because just like how the market pump and dump they have their own time to buy and sell too. And since they were like whales, we can't do anything if they want to pump the market. We, small traders are just like small fish riding with the flow that they set in the market.

If investors are buying then there's a surge of market price that's why most of traders and small investors starting to FOMO once the market started pumping and the same will happen too if they were selling then most investors and traders will be dumping.

All of the decision making will just depend on someone at the end e.g. accumulating/buying, hodling, or selling.
