I was wondering why the banner you've included on the thread seems to be familiar looking and it was because it's the banner being shown on the forum itself.
They made a slot for bitcointalk ad[1] for this round which is a good step doing marketing in the forum aside from signature campaign which im going to suggest to the OP and his/her team even just a test run to get stats on how effective signature campaign is.Btw welcome aboard. Being a copper member has lots of advantage for a newbie like you like what suggested above about images.
