Any suggestions for how to troubleshoot this???
Are you watching the console on cgminer? It should indicate any problems you are having with the hardware or the stratum protocol.
I am - from what I can see everything looks fine in cgminer - average hashrate is ~31 gh/s...don't see any HW errors or anything like that....
print the top of your cgminer screen.
