I think this sounds the opposite of what happens in a casino when it comes to making a withdrawal. Minimum withdrawal above $10 right? subject to KYC rules for any user who will make a withdrawal can make other users ask questions. If there really was a notification back and withdrawal changes without KYC that would be a pretty good start.
