I'm not sure if Man City will have the highest chance to win the title. To be considered the favorite to win EPL title, Man City should defeat the competitors first when they have the big matches (against Tottenham on matchday 7, against Arsenal on matchday 12). If Man City can defeat them, I believe Man City will be the favorite to win EPL title again this season.
We don't need to argue at the start of the season, If you are following the league a year ago, the champions will lock on the last minutes of the session. So, The City, Arsenal even MU which are still in the middle stand is the main competitor. We still have a winter windows transfer which makes the club be stronger or weaker. the situation will be changed if Chelsea or MU reshuffles all players to be galacticos. I admit Arsenal started well, but I'm not sure they will be stable after the middle session like ManCity.
