I beg to differ on this your opinion. From my little observation since I joined the forum, I noticed that more merits circulate between legendary rank members than the rest of the ranks. Was even thinking of coming up with a topic "why do legendaries circulate merits within themselves" but after coming across some thread, I don't see it necessary again.
