Yes, if i have problems i will asking by live chat or telegram. since from this way i get the answer and solving my problem more faster. @Niensk99 you need to contact them directly on live chat, i believe CS will help you better. If your problem can't be solved within 1 day, just wait. do not rush the team in 1x24 hours. if your problem is not resolved within 2 days, you can call the them back from live chat or telegram.
