I just read the review and it didn't turn out particularly well for BetCoCo. Thanks for that information. Perhaps one should add this information from the BetCoCo team regarding their KYC rules. 
KYC is needed to for all Fiat Users. As for Crypto Users, they can contact support if they want to withdraw anything below 250 EUR or equivalent, and this will be done.
