Lol i am not part of the project team so i can't pay you by any way. you have make a withdrawal request around 4 days ago. i think if you haven’t any problem with your account and if you use legal way to withdraw your money then already your withdraw has been successful and you have received your payment .or if you use a wrong wallet then you can lost your payment . can you post your withdraw history screenshot ? where we can see your withdrawal successful or still pending or cancel
