Your friend can never transfer USDT to your wallet without your permission, even Binance won't allow it. But you should transfer your USDT from binance to a secure wallet. No one but you will know the private key or seed phrase of the wallet. But it is better not to use wallets from which dex exchanges can be used. This can make you a victim of phishing.
