Yes, Manny can still fight professionally if he chose to do so but he knows well that he ain't the same Manny anymore that the people knew and his skills are not the same when he was still in his prime. It's still a good idea to do some fights in the form of exhibition fight and that way he can still do his passions in boxing.
Maybe soon, we can see him running for a senatorial seat or maybe he will go back and run as a congressman.
yes, he can still fight but I don't think he would risk to tainted his record with losses upon his retirement, I think he had already felt it in him that he can not last anymore it is good for him to just focus on exhibition matches that are not that risky even an amateur can surely go and fight with a well known retired boxer, for me DK Yoo is an amateur boxer and he will likely be pursuing his death wish fighting Manny Pacquiao,
And speaking of exhibition matches Jake Paul is challenging Anderson Silva, I think Jake Paul has a death wish aswell,
~snip~
Hehehe, for sure the brothers can offer Manny a fight, as someone suggested in a catch weight and it could generate huge money for both of them. I don't think Manny is hard to negotiate though, so it can be made as long as the money in the table is very attractive.
Yeah, I also think that Manny could easily accept the offer that they might do if there's really a good and interesting amount for Manny. Since he's all into his businesses now and these exhibitions, he could give time and entertainment with a good talent fee on the side.
are we talking about the Paul brothers here, if we do the Paul Brother is surely digging their own grave by challenging Manny Pacquiao in an exhibition match, but this could be a great match that many will surely watch, people that want the Paul brothers to win, over PACMAN, people who want the Paul Brothers to lose and beat the crap out of them by yours truly, and others that are curious in seeing this fight, there are different people that wants to see this match-up,
No wonder there are such huge cuts only in MMA. It is impossible to make such a cut with boxing glove. Such cuts can occur in boxing after head clash or if a bloody bruise explodes. But boxing, imho, is much more traumatic, mainly because there is no pause (like clinch, ground game) from receiving punches. Last UFC was kinda bloody. If not mistaken, Gregory Rodrigues was not the only one to get a huge cut. Song Yadong also got a juicy elbow cut.

But that is nothing to Overeems smile

Some good cuts can be found on
Reddit (just scroll down, and in case link is broken, just google fighters name)
Yup! cuts in boxing were all due to headbutts, but likely boxing fighters will focus more on the head, which may cause head injuries, and concussions to boxers, but with cuts like that, I think it has just less risk with the MMA fights while on boxing boxer could have a trauma with his brain or it can cause brained damage,
That cut was pretty much because of Elbows and Song Yadong has taken it like a man, for me if the fight is not stopped by the doctors there might be a chance that Song Yadong can win this match,
That MMA cut for me is not really life-threatening it is still gruesome, but as you can see Overeem is still smirking although he got a bad lip cut injury, and the thing that surely can cause that head Concoction, was on the boxing part because they focus on hitting the head,
