I don't understand why you keep commenting against the consensus without any evidence . Maybe you have some kind of problem or you are using wrong method to withdraw. So you cannot withdraw your money. So you can't make negative comments against someone without any proof. So it should be mentioned here what kind of problem you are facing while withdrawing your funds so that if you are trying in some wrong way then everyone can help you.

Lol i am not part of the project team so i can't pay you by any way. you have make a withdrawal request around 4 days ago. i think if you haven’t any problem with your account and if you use legal way to withdraw your money then already your withdraw has been successful and you have received your payment .or if you use a wrong wallet then you can lost your payment . can you post your withdraw history screenshot? where we can see your withdrawal successful or still pending or cancel

The thing is, if the user has placed a withdrawal request and there is a delay then the support wound have sent him an email specifying the reason for his withdrawal delay and if there is a need for him to update any information he will be asked for it and if something is wrong with the account the user should have gotten a response from the casino by now. But from what the user sense is posting it has no substantial evidence to back up any of his claims and that is what most users that are commenting on this issue are asking, just provide more evidence that you have a pending withdrawal that has been delayed for days.
