I want to read the CSW vs Hodlonaut case. If the case paper is online available  ?  Can any one post a link of the case in this thread.

In my opinion they both might lose because, I see there is no case at all. If the case has been designed by a third party who is supporting Dr Wright then there arises a question ?  What are the purposes of this case ?  It is look like Craig is trying his hard to prove that he is Satoshi with out any proof of evidence. Its mean any one can claim to be Satoshi and file a case against any barking bulldog and claim to be Satoshi.

Claiming to be Satoshi is not that easy. Satoshi is out there some where wondering around other things. End up the day he might come to the court and prove that CSW is impersonating his Japanese Pseudonym. Why the Hoddlonaut inviting Satoshi as a witness to give evidence in the court ?
