In countries like India and Pakistan there is a much higher scam rates in percentage by populations compared to countries like Vietnam or other countries in europe and USA. Espeially if he is from India. If you make big deals with users you need to take all of this in consideration. people from his country make 300$ a month. People like this who are poor are much more likely to scam you big amounts. don't let his rep delude you to think that he is legit is all small trades. wait until you see him involve in 5000$ deal.
