Ohhh, Yeah. Very likely since they're the ones who makes contract, they can put those conditions that could favorable to them. But, I'm thinking if they'll put it on the contract on who's going to be a winner then and if they'll include it that it should them.
If there's a clause like that, I don't think that Manny will be obliged.

, well it is an exhibition fight so anything is possible if agreed by the two camps. I think in this fight, it isn't about honor or ranking but the entertainment the fans can get plus the money they can gather, may it be for charity purposes or personal gain. But with the character of Manny, I think part of the money raised will be donated to some charity organization. If that happen, I believe the money fans spend on the fight is considered worth it because
1. Having to watch their idol fight once again
2. Being able to help a certain charity organization.
Manny's known for helping charity so that's really going to be one of his goal when it's up to these profits that he'll make from these matches. Since there are matches that's on his line up, this could really possible to happen in the near future after these fights that he's about to have.
The two fights that he has isn't that far from each other's schedule but with DK Yoo, it's just an exhibition so there's really no preparation needed for him to have.
While he's going to have that match with DK as a charity match, his former sparring partner Jaber is just also another exhibition match.
The proceeds of their fight will go to the charity for Ukraine.
In this kind of exhibition fans do buy tickets just to see their idol inside the ring, they are not expecting that much but still they will be more entertained if happen that they will see exchanges of punches, and knowing Manny he will not be shy to showcase his remaining skills, that shadow punches that he keeps on throwing I really missed those glory years where we see his opponent not knowing where the punches will be coming from.
Though again, exhibition fights are for money making deals and the good thing here is they have the charity that will receive portions of profits from this schedule events.
