Bitcoin is a currency that have a strong rotational system, and the prediction is not something someone can be dependable. And i believe that Bitcoin itself is a can ressurect today and fall back tomorrow, prediction is just base on your own hypothesis you observe from Bitcoin, and another person still have the right to research and also present it's observation. 

For now we don't know the possibility of Bitcoin to rising, because for bitcoin to rise it needs the investors to enter into the market. Because what causes the increment of bitcoins is the demand and the supply, when the demands is higher than the supply, the price of Bitcoin become high.

So if more investors refused to buy bitcoins in 2023 and 2024 the price will still remain low.
