The title is misleading if they are asking KYC based on their policy, it's contradictory and misleading if players are not going to look in the TOS and believe what they promote in their title, they will be in trouble sooner,, its a trap to put a no KYC in the title of your thread here and then you have it in your policy, you have to explain it or better take that NO KYC to promote your casino.

i have the feeling that maybe for now, they won't be asking kyc as they do want to attract bettors. or they won't ask kyc for small time players. however, if someone wins big, that's the time that they will require kyc for the player. in any case, the rep should clarify this first so people won't expect that they really don't need to submit kyc. because it is clear from their ToS that they do require.
