No it's not possible because you cannot stop someone to not send you tokens. Now scammer bots are very fast and after doing any transaction they will send you token which will show price also. Bets way to stop these token is to remove from watch. Safepal wallet will not show scam Tokens.
If there is a feature to remove the scam tokens from the list, it should be done with this way. However, stopping someone to send tokens to our wallets is something impossible. I never see any feature on the wallets, especially in MEW or Metamask. The feature may be only applied in Safepal wallets.
