We only run one casino, Punt.com. We are NOT affiliated with any other casino; I have never even heard of that aforementioned platform. With regards to the crypto address & company address, perhaps they are using the same Crypto Processing company and Curacao company service as us.

Well, do they? Maybe you could find out and let us know?
Why don't you ask your crypto payment provider if they use the same XRP wallet for all their clients? That would clear things up a bit.

This is not uncommon; there are only a small number of companies that offer these types of services and you will typically see the top casinos' using the same providers, whether that be for crypto processing, director services, 3rd party game services, or other technical services.

Hi FatFork, I just received confirmation from our crypto processing provider that for all their clients, regardless of the industry, one XRP address is used. It is the tag that is the identifier of the uniqueness of the transaction. Of course as you can see, the TAG is different. I hope this answers your question.

Thank you for the explanation. Of course, destination tags are necessary because otherwise you (or your payment provider) would not be able to know which user made the payment and to which user you need to add the balance. I still find it strange that a serious payment provider only uses one XRP wallet (address) for all their clients. It just adds another layer of complexity to the bookkeeping, but I suppose that's the way it is.

Thank you for clarifying that you are using the same crypto processing provider. I think it is not user-friendly. What will be your action if a user sends xrp without a tag or with the wrong tag?
You cannot retrieve it because another casino holds the same address. The user will eventually lose his funds.

As far as I know, the XRP wallet can reject any payment sent to your address if it doesn't specify a destination tag. But that depends on how the wallet is set up.
