Then still the "NO KYC" title of this OP is not correct. You can just easily tell your users that you detected something suspicious on their account that you will need them to complete the KYC verification so they can make withdrawals. Not all new users have the habit to read the ToS or KYC policy whenever they try a new gambling website. I'm pretty sure someone will make a quick deposit on your platform thinking that you would not really require KYC.
