OMG! What happened today, I just entered on Poloniex and saw a lot of sell orders under 0.001 and even some at 0.00078 (in the transaction history)?!

Why do you want to change the rules, a little unfair. On previous investors.
It is fair, as the coin lost a lot of value and nobody is buying from the Dev any more. We're trying to raise the price again, which will be impossible if we don't change the rules.
