We do not require KYC if the player does not violate the rules, we can request KYC if the player is suspected of cheating , betting on contractual matches, multi-accounting
You should know better, all casinos will ask for KYC if they violate the rules and are suspected of cheating but they are not promoting themselves as a no KYC casino, if you're promoting as a no KYC it's literally no KYC, the readers will take it as it is based on your title, you will just invite cheaters in your site because you promoted your casino as no KYC, but if they know that there is an exception then they will think twice joining and cheating the casino.
Good point, there should be no KYC at all when a site claims to have NO KYC. For me it sounds like a marketing strategy only because maybe OP know that most people in this forum against KYC, so he use that words to attract people. Yes it can be misleading because most people do not read ToS or T&C before joining a platform. In fact KYC might be asked for some specific reason as stated in ToS. Basically it is the same with most other reputable casinos in this forum. They do not implement mandatory KYC and they have a term related to KYC but they do not claim to be "no kyc" casino.
