I had the exact same problem with bitsler (but also with Stake, and SportsBet). They always told me that the limit was set by the odd provider. I cannot bet more than 0.2 mBtc on bitsler most of the time (except maybe for premier league main markets). On Stake it is even worse, and for sportsbet they have also lowered my odds. I am not sure But I think the odd provider of these three sites is the same. While I see on the gambling (cricket) their design of the cricket page is almost same and decrease of the odd limit is also the same. We have nothing to do if they lower our limit and the customer support team says the same (we have nothing to do type words).
Odd providers do end up getting a lot of money from these casinos, which is good for them because they are ending up with something that is good return and it is not going to hurt them neither, because they are not spending money on marketing.
They give a bare bottom amount to them, like what they will get, and the places that uses them ends up putting more on top of it according to how much they want to earn, 5-10% is the max I have seen, any place that does more usually has too high odds and usually gets customers harder. Which is why I believe that we shouldn't really be worried about the current situation, we should be focusing on how good they are using it, not what odd provider they use.

Mostly I think, the sports bet available in a Casino also provide marketing for the Casino, so its not only the odd providers getting a boost n marketing, it also benefits the casino, bitsler as an example.
