On browsers like Chrome, users can sign in through email and all the password saved through the browser and the likes (like apps) would be synchronising with Google cloud.
Google is terrible for privacy. A while ago, I was
not amuzed when I found out Chromium uploaded all my passwords to Google's servers. I then disabled it, but it never asked me if it's okay.
