The problem here is that, you are claiming to be NO KYC betting site but when they checked the ToS it is clearly stated there so better to be more honest since other site have this kind of rules as well and they are honest in the first place, KYC seems to be a thing now so better to tell the truth and gain the trust of gamblers by doing this.
