Sumpool admins are not responding to mails about my 1000 coins is there anyway i can get some response for this

They have over 100 orphaned blocks. So yes something is wrong. I would move to another pool if I was you. Your coins are likely gone. sumpool is notorious for having problems and people not getting their coins. I don't know why anyone would mine on their pools.

They are holding 1069 of my coins and I can't withdraw. Sent multiple e-mails as well. Nothing you can do at this point, but at least no one is mining on there anymore.
