Basically, anyone can deposit, play and withdraw under normal conditions without performing KYC.  So I think there is no problem announcing that they don't do KYC.  It is also part of the marketing, telling people one of the unique features of the casino.  KYC will be implemented when they found an account suspicious.  So it is part of an investigation when the situation isn't "normal".

I understood your point correctly and I don't have any problem with that either, kyc is only requested when there is suspicion with the account and the account is under investigation that way kyc can be demanded for, and this is the practice with most casinos this days so that is understood that kyc is somehow part of the site but not mandatory to all players unless under strange behavior from the player.
