Let's stop making money and fame the only measure for success. Being successful is being happy and satisfied with ones fully achieved dreams. Money cannot buy satisfaction and happiness. Satisfaction and happiness is the true definition of success and anyone without this can not be declare as being successful.

A person's success can be seen from any side
like you said you measure success by satisfaction and happiness
but the level of satisfaction of people is different and as we know humans are never satisfied, always less and less always wanting more
so in my opinion success in the sense of my life is money where if we have money we can create our level of satisfaction and happiness,
In this case it is true but on the other hand the most important factor still refers to money because indeed when looking at a person's condition, the success factor is measured by money.
Let's take the example of some of today's billionaires like Elon Musk, Bill Gates and many others, they can be considered successful because they make a lot of money there, so regardless of their own satisfaction, money is still an important factor in measuring success.
I love money and  I love to earn money the halal way. If you know what halal way is.
It is the right way to do something - halal way to eat - to halal way to drink - halal way to live and earn your livelihood !
