I've seen a stats that there are many people that are working to the jobs that they don't like. Which means, that many are forced to work to the job that they hate but because of needs and difficulty of find a job, they're staying there. I guess, they can alter that hate on the job that they're pressing on and that's through this suggestion. It's about working with the people you like on a job that you might both hate.
