there may be tokens worth investing but now is not the time for buying some of them. the rest of us are probably holding tokens since the bullrun and have not sold any of it which they have already lost a lot of money since the bear market.
because the bear market is not yet over, it will be best to just hold your stablecoin. SOL a month a go was tempting to buy but now that is also took a nose dive back to $30, you could have lose some money. a verifiable bull run will be a good time to buy.
I would say that it is exactly the time to buy some coins or tokens if you have the money for it. It's as low as it could get, and sure there could be some more FED increases in the future but there are two options that could make it go up.
Firstly, people already faced the reality that fed is increasing the rates and that's understandable but we already priced that in for the future, and secondly people will start to realize that the rates are still lower than the inflation which means they need something else to make them money. These two combined will make sure that price is not as bad as it should be, and will increase bitcoin a good amount if you ask me, and of course other alts because of it as well.
