You do not need to play the games to understand really. At one side you have a dealer that's making jokes and keeping it entertaining, like a showman and that makes you stay longer, on the other hand you have someone who is just doing their job with no added extras, which is understandable because they are only doing their job and that's okay, but if we are talking about which one would you have more fun, most people would prefer the one that is more entertaining.
I have to say some people do prefer the one that is quieter because that means we do not have to deal with extras and some people just want to gamble and that's understandable for sure.
I think that doesn't sound like a priority to make a website (casino) better, that’s why it didn't get that much attention. I mean not because it’s a bad idea, sure why not have it? Would be lovely to have it, but is it a make or break for this casino? Of course not, which is why they are dealing with bigger stuff to make sure that they get in front of a lot more people first. That’s an important task at hand and they should be focusing on things that matter and could get a lot of people for them.
I am not saying that stat page would be futile or useless, it would help, just not right now and not at this stage, maybe when they are already huge in the casino world.
