I would put on a random guess that what you meant about "normal activity" is they are not cheating.
I have to express my opinion about "normal activity", when the gambler play like the habit, play win and lost like the normal, win 10x yesterday, won 5x today, or won 15x with a normal wager, I think it belongs to normal and may also include "unnormal activity" if the user logs on from another IP's and countries, I said it not including dynamic IP which changed when restarting the modem.
