Ronaldo wouldn't agree on being a backup plan - and he's also way too expensive to be brought to fill that role. They went for Tel - who will be a long-term option for them.
I don't know why people are saying that Bayern's results are bad because they don't have a goalscorer - they are the team with the best goalscoring record in the league - averaging almost 3 goals per game.
It's still early and some results did not go their way - but this Bayern team is still the main contender for the title.

If Ronaldo had been brought in cause I see they want Harry Kane, they would have offered a loan contract or a year loan with Ronaldo and he would have been so pleased to join them.
