Speaking of customer support, I had a great experience with it today.  As always those who got the bonus on the signature campaign had their free bet on Mental, as all of us know some of us can't access that slot due to the provider having some country restricted.  I was about to send a message to customer support but the support staff beats me with a nice greeting.  Then I stated my case and the staff instead of him picking a game for me asked me which game I prefer.  Told him the game and the transfer of free bet was done in less than a minute. 

Not only I had a free bet, I also had it on the game I wanted (Moon Princess 100)  .  Plus the support stuff is awesome!

I happen to get around $10  on the free bet, wagered it further to make it $61 plus, and play furthermore to get nothing  .  Though I won nothing, I am still very happy with the experience! As always great customer support!
