My man, we have already told you before that your money is likely gone and it won't come back no matter how much you beg to these scammers.
It seems this casino has been doing this selective scamming for some time now, there are people who have lost not 500$ but much more, over 1000$ or even 5000$ and months or years has passed by and they have not recover anything.

I do not blame you for keep trying, since ( I assume ) 500$ is quite a big money for you, but regardless of this you should start to consider the idea your money has been stolen by very resourceful people. If you can, you should talk about this with people you trust in your family so you can start to heal and eventually move on when you feel ready.
