If decoin scammed, you create a proper scam accusation in the board suggested to you by one of the members.
If you have strong proof linking Decoin to MSKO you can also create a free scam accusation about them with all the evidence so that members can stay away from both projects. It's the best thing you can do right now.
I have proof, it's not a problem.. linking mr shay perry, decoin to msko is not very difficult.. he doesn't even hide.. linking members of their teams who are also in the 'team' decoin, it's not difficult too.. .. i even have a telegram message with an msko admin who offers me to try to solve the problem with decoin, then who is not even in the team decoin.. yes I consider this money already lost .. even if this scam remains incomprehensible in view of what I got from this platform compared to what I lost .. (20k in 2 years, for 2k lost ..)

Part of my role is to help you recover what they owe you, but if you already considered it gone then there is little I can do to help except advising others to beware of scams.
If it's a genuinely scam company/organization I believe there will be punishment unless they give people back their funds/assets. Apology maybe accepted if the victims forgive them.
You should conclude your conversation with the Msko administrator, let's see what he has to say or whether he can be of any help.
