Snip.
I can't Really tell when Ronaldo will retire but it seems anytime soon. I'm sure Ronaldo won't play Champions league again till he retires,  that's is why he was looking for a way to leave Manchester United because he knew this Champions league is just the last chance for him and never wanted to miss it . Age is really affecting Ronaldo's right now, because he is not too much active the way he used to be. If I can remember Ronaldo have only scored 1 goal for Manchester United in Europa League this season.
This time I don't agree with you, Ronaldo still has a chance to play in the Champions League. Ronaldo contract with Manchester United is almost complete, after which Ronaldo will be on a free transfer. Big teams in Europe don't mind hosting Ronaldo because they can get Ronaldo services for free. Even though Ronaldo is absent in the Champions League, he still has the opportunity to play in the most elite League on the European continent because his charm is still able to attract big teams when he is on a free transfer.
After all, before his contract runs out and if there is a team that is interested in signing him, then his signing can happen or can be done in the next transfer window in January. For some reason I feel maybe Ronaldo will move clubs in the next transfer window, because basically Chelsea with their new boss previously wanted to sign Ronaldo but the previous coach Tuchel had no interest in including Ronaldo in his plans. Now that Tuchel has been sacked, so it's very likely Todd Boehly will finally bring Ronaldo to Chelsea, if that happens then it might be the last team Ronaldo can play in the Champions League.

Ronaldo does have ambitions to play in the Champions League, so I also predict he will try to move to a team that plays in the Champions League.
It is true that Chelsea are the most likely to bring in Ronaldo, because only a few clubs are able to spend money to pay Ronaldo's very high salary.
And from the many reports circulating, Todd Boehly really wants to bring Ronaldo to Chelsea. Meanwhile, when Todd Boehly wanted to sign Ronaldo
in the transfer market this summer, the plan was rejected by Tuchel, that is why there is a possibility that Chelsea will continue to pursue Ronaldo.
The problem is that Chelsea's chances of qualifying for the next round in the Champions League are very small, if we look at Chelsea in Group E
being in the lowest position right now. So Ronaldo's move to Chelsea in the January transfer window could fail if Chelsea fail to qualify for the next
round in the Champions League.

I also heard rumor that Tuchel was fired from Chelsea not because of bad results but because he opposed the plan of the club's management to bring Ronaldo to the club.
It's hard to know what the real truth is, but Ronaldo is clearly in a major playing crisis and the question is how much he could really help Chelsea.
From a marketing point of view, however, it would be a very profitable decision for the club and this is probably the main reason why the Chelsea owner wants to bring Ronaldo to the club.
Chelsea started very badly in their Champions League group, but they still haven't lost their chance to qualify for the knockout stages of the Champions League. Everything depends on the next 2 matches with Milan.
