Yes the one on the first page is the newest one. Try this, close it and re-open it. Does it say 11 days behind or 1 hour behind?

tried that but still not working any other way? 11 days Sad

Try deleting everything in your roaming folder except config and wallet.dat, then re-download the updated wallet and open it up and see if it starts syncing.
