I see that you have problems with the bios, so the software from the manufacturer gives an error. You need the original BIOS of the video card. Perhaps you bought a video card already with a bios flashed for mining or did not update the bios of the video card.
Hive OS will not have such problems.

Only working bios for this card is Sapphire.RX580.8192.170324.rom other failed to either failed to flash or give black screen.
I've tried all the bios from techpowerup.com for Sapphire RX 580 8GB Pulse.
