I think you should know that your ISP can track your online activities and they know if you are visiting gambling sites on your cell phone and computer. They can give this data to the government anytime if they feel like or if the government demands it. So i hope you are using a paid VPN and you know all the tips and tricks to hide your identity online. It's still not safe to play gambling online if the government had banned it already.
luckily I still haven't had a problem even though I only use cloudflare VPN when opening crypto gambling sites through my smartphone and laptop

I know for sure that my online activities have the potential to be tracked, but because I only use small capital, the authorities don't really care lol

It really depends upon the government, how much they are serious about catching the people who are gambling illegally, and usually the amount which you use to gamble should not matter.

Either the government does not know that you are a gambler or they don't have plans to actively caught people gambling, otherwise, they would have come to you irrespective that you gamble with small amounts.

We should not forget that the authorities have more serious problems to solve which they spend their time and money. The gambler does not bring significant problems to the state, so it is impractical to spend effort on tracking it. Of course there can be demonstrative processes for intimidation, but I do not think that this will make gamblers completely stop gambling.

In addition, do not forget that gambling can be played not only in land or online casinos. I'm sure that in every country there are illegal casinos where law enforcement agencies can't get in.
