I’m new here so not sure if this is the right place to post this but I have been using cloudbet recently and I have a KYC request. Looking online I can see that many people never get their account back and was just wondering if anyone else has experienced anything like this?

99% of the account that didn’t get back are from the users who abused the casino promotion. I’m sure cloudbet email you about the reason for requiring you to KYC. You can have your account back if you comply with there KYC requirements. They just have a unique KYC method as reported by other user here but you will surely recover your account once you complete the KYC.
