There are some suggestions that might be considered, it doesn't matter if you don't like it Karl
-Extra prizes for users who deposit at least 1 time during the contest period
-1 prediction for Newbie - Member , 2 predictions for Full member - SR members, 3 predictions for Hero - Legendary
If approved 2 suggestions these can be combined.
There's a separate same contest like this on the Bitcasino promotion page. You can have multiple bets there if you will keep wagering the required wager amount per vote. Your deposit suggestion and extra prediction is already answered by the Bitcasino website contest if a user here the forum wants an extra reward and prediction by just playing more in the casino itself.
The exclusive bitcointalk prediction thread is design to all forum members here. There's no need to change the number of prediction per rank if Karl wants to spice the competition. Maybe an extra unique contest on the result will be more appropriate than changing the number of prediction per user rank.
