totally agreed on most of the posts here about that Youtube is more worst than any online platform and I know that even if twitch banned streamer from gambling yet they will find more accessible and more best way to make luring players.

Some streamers creates their own website to connect with Twitch, it includes the stream elements feature of Twitch wherein you can also buy from the store of which that particular streamer is offering. Perhaps for these streamers, maybe they can just migrate to their own website if they want to pursue the gambling stream even without Twitch.
if they are already respected by possible players? then they can just extend their streaming to their own platform but if not? then they need to find other places to perform their business.
